Jim Read is a strategic refiner who lives at the intersection of strategy, people, and process. With a career spanning over 25 years at ConocoPhillips, Jim navigated the complexities of engineering, finance, and global talent development. His versatility as a 'build-it / fix-it' leader spans the strategic spectrum, from managing $1B asset development programs to building a Global Learning Center of Excellence, always with a focus on turning organizational noise into strategic clarity.

Integrative Thinking for an AI Era. Jim's background as an Engineer and Finance leader has made him a highly adaptable, inquisitive, and integrative thinker. He is adept at mastering unfamiliar content and translating it into actionable frameworks. As a strong and empathetic leader, Jim understands that while technology redefines work, human capability and team performance determine whether that change elevates performance or erodes it.
